1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Deep Promise Foundation ("Deep Promise", "we", "us", or "our") through deeppromise.org. By registering, donating, volunteering, or participating in the referral program, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions & Eligibility

• Users: Donors, volunteers, members, and referral program participants.
• Referral Program: Multi-level reward system where users earn wallet credits by referring others who meet donation thresholds.
• Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old.

3. Donations & Volunteer Enrollment

All donations, including volunteer enrollment fees (minimum INR 1000), are non-refundable. Donations are processed securely via IDBI Bank payment gateway and receipts will be issued. Users must provide accurate personal information.

4. Referral Program & Wallet

• Referral rewards are credited to users’ digital wallets according to program percentages: 26% for direct referrals, 17% for second level, 8% for third level.
• Wallet earnings are withdrawable as real payouts via bank/UPI transfer.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of rewards.

5. Account Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Users must not engage in unauthorized or unlawful activities on the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and materials are owned by Deep Promise Foundation and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Data Protection

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined.

8. Account Termination

Deep Promise Foundation reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and forfeit wallet rewards in case of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Deep Promise Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, referral program, or wallet activities.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Haryana, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
